1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By downloading, installing, or using the Quizoola application (hereinafter « the Application »), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use the Application.

2. SERVICE DESCRIPTION

The Application is a community platform allowing users to:

  • Create and submit quiz questions across various categories
  • Share anecdotes and fun facts
  • Participate in quizzes created by the community
  • Rate and comment on content from other users

3. USER ACCOUNTS

3.1 Account creation

  • You must provide accurate and complete information
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials
  • Only one account per person is allowed

3.2 Responsibilities

  • Immediately notify us of any unauthorized use
  • Keep your information up to date
  • Comply with these terms at all times

4. USER-GENERATED CONTENT

  • You grant Quizoola a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, and perpetual license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, and display your content
  • This license survives the termination of your account

4.2 User warranties You warrant that your content:

  • Is original or that you hold all necessary rights
  • Does not violate any intellectual property rights
  • Is factual and verifiable for questions/anecdotes
  • Complies with community standards

4.3 Acceptable content standards Content must be:

  • Educational, entertaining, or informative
  • Appropriate for all ages (family-friendly content)
  • Respectful and kind
  • Factual and verifiable with sources when possible

5. MODERATION AND QUALITY CONTROL

5.1 Review process

  • All submitted content may be subject to moderation
  • We reserve the right to approve, modify, or reject any content
  • Moderation decisions are made at our sole discretion

5.2 Reporting

  • Reporting system available within the Application
  • Reports processed within 48 business hours
  • Reporter confidentiality guaranteed

6. USAGE RULES AND PROHIBITED CONTENT

6.1 Prohibited behaviors It is strictly forbidden to:

  • Harass, intimidate, or threaten other users
  • Post spam or unauthorized commercial content
  • Use bots, scripts, or automated tools
  • Create fake accounts or impersonate others
  • Circumvent security or moderation measures

6.2 Prohibited content

  • Hateful, discriminatory, or offensive content
  • Deliberately false or misleading information
  • Violent, sexual, or inappropriate content
  • Copyright or trademark violations
  • Personal information of others without consent
  • Content encouraging illegal activities
  • Unqualified medical, legal, or financial advice

7. SANCTIONS

7.1 Disciplinary measures In case of violations:

  • Warning: for minor infractions
  • Content removal: immediate removal of violating content
  • Temporary suspension: 7 to 30 days depending on severity
  • Permanent ban: for serious or repeated violations

7.2 Appeal process

  • Ability to contest a sanction via brusk@nowave.io
  • Review within 5 business days
  • Final decision at our discretion

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

8.1 Application rights The Application, its interface, features, and technology are protected by intellectual property rights.

8.2 Respect for third-party rights We respect the intellectual property of others and expect the same from our users.

3. COMPTES UTILISATEUR

  • Respecte les standards de la communauté

4.3 Standards de contenu accepté Le contenu doit être :

  • Éducatif, divertissant ou informatif
  • Approprié pour tous les âges (contenu familial)
  • Respectueux et bienveillant
  • Factuel et vérifiable avec sources si possible

5. MODÉRATION ET CONTRÔLE QUALITÉ

5.1 Processus de validation

  • Tout contenu soumis peut faire l’objet d’une modération
  • Nous nous réservons le droit d’approuver, modifier ou rejeter tout contenu
  • Les décisions de modération sont prises à notre seule discrétion

5.2 Signalement

  • Traitement des signalements sous 48h ouvrées
  • Confidentialité des signalants garantie

6. RÈGLES D’UTILISATION ET CONTENU INTERDIT

6.1 Comportements interdits Il est strictement interdit de :

  • Publier du spam ou du contenu commercial non autorisé

  • Contourner les mesures de sécurité ou de modération

6.2 Contenu prohibé

  • Informations fausses ou trompeuses délibérément
  • Contenu violent, sexuel ou inapproprié
  • Violation des droits d’auteur ou marques
  • Informations personnelles d’autrui sans consentement
  • Contenu encourageant des activités illégales
  • Conseils médicaux, juridiques ou financiers non qualifiés

7. SANCTIONS

7.1 Mesures disciplinaires En cas de violation :

  • Avertissement : pour les infractions mineures
  • Suppression de contenu : retrait immédiat du contenu en violation
  • Suspension temporaire : 7 à 30 jours selon la gravité
  • Bannissement définitif : pour les violations graves ou répétées

7.2 Procédure d’appel

  • Possibilité de contester une sanction via brusk@nowave.io
  • Examen sous 5 jours ouvrés
  • Décision finale à notre discrétion

8. PROPRIÉTÉ INTELLECTUELLE

8.1 Droits de l’Application L’Application, son interface, ses fonctionnalités et sa technologie sont protégées par les droits de propriété intellectuelle.

8.2 Respect des droits tiers Nous respectons la propriété intellectuelle d’autrui et nous attendons la même chose de nos utilisateurs.

9. CONFIDENTIALITÉ

10.3 Contenu utilisateur Nous ne sommes pas responsables du contenu généré par les utilisateurs, même après modération.

11. DISPONIBILITÉ ET MODIFICATIONS

11.1 Disponibilité Nous nous efforçons d’assurer la disponibilité continue mais ne garantissons pas un service ininterrompu.

11.2 Modifications

  • Nous pouvons modifier l’Application et ces conditions à tout moment
  • Les modifications importantes seront notifiées 30 jours à l’avance
  • L’utilisation continue vaut acceptation des nouvelles conditions

12. RÉSILIATION

12.1 Résiliation par l’utilisateur Vous pouvez supprimer votre compte à tout moment via les paramètres de l’Application.

12.2 Résiliation par nous Nous pouvons suspendre ou résilier votre compte en cas de violation des présentes conditions.

12.3 Effets de la résiliation

  • Perte d’accès à votre compte et contenu
  • Maintien de nos droits sur le contenu déjà soumis
  • Survie des clauses de propriété intellectuelle et limitation de responsabilité

13. DISPOSITIONS GÉNÉRALES

13.1 Droit applicable Les présentes conditions sont régies par le droit français.
